Order Cancellations

Unpaid orders may be automatically canceled at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
All orders are securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using tracked delivery services with signature confirmation when required.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the package and contents
- Retain all original packaging materials
Verified damage or shipping errors will be addressed through the shipping carrier’s insurance process in accordance with USPS procedures.
Claims will be handled through USPS insurance when applicable.
