3. Pricing & Market Disclaimer

Precious metals prices fluctuate continuously based on global market conditions.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice prior to order confirmation and payment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that precious metals prices fluctuate and agree to the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Prices are locked in once payment is submitted and accepted.

4. Payment Terms

Fresh Desert Gold Co. accepts the following payment methods:

• Debit Cards

• ACH Bank Transfer

• Wire Transfer

After checkout:

• Your order is marked “Awaiting Payment.”

• Payment instructions are displayed and emailed automatically for bank transfers.

• Payment must be submitted for the exact order amount.

• Orders are processed only after payment is received, verified, and cleared when applicable.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of order placement unless otherwise arranged. Orders that remain unpaid may be canceled.

Fresh Desert Gold Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

5. Market Loss Policy

Due to the volatile nature of precious metals markets, all orders are considered final once placed.

If a customer cancels an order after payment has been submitted, disputes a credit card transaction, initiates a chargeback, or fails to complete payment for a locked-in order, the customer may be responsible for any market loss incurred by Fresh Desert Gold Co.

Market loss is defined as any decrease in the market price of the metal between the time the order was placed and the time the order was canceled, reversed, or unpaid.

Fresh Desert Gold Co. reserves the right to:

• Cancel the order

• Recover market losses

• Charge cancellation or restocking fees

• Refuse future transactions

This policy is standard within the precious metals industry.

6. Order Verification

For security and fraud prevention, all payments and orders are subject to verification.

Payments and orders may be verified using:

• Customer name

• Billing information

• Shipping information

• Order number

• Exact payment amount

• Payment confirmation details

We reserve the right to delay, hold, request identification, or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified, if discrepancies exist, or if fraud is suspected.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before payment has been submitted or processed.

Once payment has been submitted, processed, or cleared, orders cannot be canceled due to market price fluctuations and order fulfillment procedures.

Unpaid orders may be automatically canceled after a reasonable time period.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for pricing errors, inventory errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud.

8. NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS / NO EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of precious metals and market price volatility:

• We do not accept returns.

• We do not issue refunds.

• We do not offer exchanges.

This policy is non-negotiable.

9. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using tracked delivery services. Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other insured delivery services depending on order value, destination, and security requirements.

Shipping includes:

• Full insurance equal to order value

• Signature required upon delivery for high-value orders

• Discreet, unmarked packaging

• Tracking number provided once shipped

Processing time:

1–3 business days after payment clears.

Fresh Desert Gold Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery with signature confirmation where required.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, claims will be handled through the shipping carrier insurance provider.

11. Compliance (AML / KYC)
