Due to the nature of precious metals and market price volatility, Fresh Desert Gold Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or buybacks of any kind.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to gold bars, regardless of size, brand, or price.

No Refunds

Once an order has been placed and payment has been sent:

• No refunds will be issued

• No partial refunds

• No store credit

• All sales are considered final upon payment confirmation.

This policy is firm and applied consistently to all customers.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Different sizes or weights

• Different brands or mints

• Price changes due to market movement

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only before payment is sent.

• Once a bank transfer (ACH or Wire) has been initiated, the order cannot be canceled.

Unpaid orders may be automatically canceled at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

All orders are securely packaged and shipped via USPS Registered Mail with full insurance and signature required.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

2. Provide clear photos of the package and contents

3. Retain all original packaging materials

4. Verified damage or shipping errors will be addressed through the shipping carrier’s insurance process in accordance with USPS procedures.

Claims will be handled through USPS insurance when applicable.

This does not constitute a refund or exchange unless required by law.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
